She’ll explore topics such as:

  • What are the national trends in nursing recruitment?
  • Is there a shortage and when is this expected to change?
  • Are there certain fields or areas hit hardest by any shortage?
  • What has UHG done to retain and recruit excellent talent?

Attendees should come prepared to discuss:

  • What has been your organization’s greatest challenge related to nursing talent?
  • How has this been different – or similar – to other talent challenges you’ve had?
  • How has this changed in the last 5 years? How do you expect it to change in the next 5 years?
  • Are there approaches to managing a multi-generational workforce that have been especially successful for you?

What is a Roundtable?
WBL Roundtable calls are one-hour virtual “coffee chats” that you can join from your desk. These calls are not webinars; they are active and participatory and give you the opportunity to ask and answer questions, share best practices, and make connections with fellow executives. All calls are limited to 10-12 WBL members and offer a safe and confidential space to speak honestly about issues facing executives in the health care industry today.
