About WBL
Share |

WBL (Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation) is a national non-profit organization bringing together a peer group of senior executive women from all parts of the health care industry.

Comprised of a network of more than 3 500 women, WBL crosses silos and is a place for women on the executive teams of insurance, hospitals, life sciences, and other types of health care companies to have honest conversations about their industry.

WBL's Mission Statement: To connect and convene senior executive women from across the health care industry to create meaningful cross-sector relationships, expand their leadership and harness their collective power to improve the industry.

What does WBL do?

WBL hosts regional networking events, a national annual meeting (the WBL Summit) and offers a wide variety of educational opportunities, both in-person and virtually. Outside of scheduled events, members of WBL can network using an online directory and view board and job opportunities posted on WBL’s online portal.

How can I get involved?

There are many ways to support WBL. If you are a senior executive woman in health care, consider asking a colleague to nominate you (or nominating yourself) to be a part of the organization. If your company is interested in demonstrating your support for senior executive women in health care, consider becoming a WBL sponsor. If you  simply want to keep up with WBL happenings, join our mailing list and follow WBL on LinkedIn and Twitter.

How does WBL membership work?

WBL offers two tiers of membership, the Full Member level ($425/year) and the Basic Member level ($95/year) depending on the level of involvement you desire.

To learn more about our membership tiers, please visit the membership section or check out our brochure.
